To achieve that, a company needs a supportive tool such as a monitoring system which can lead you to increase productivity, save time, and build a great sales pipeline.

This system could provide a visual idea of how a lead is conversing with the company and help you to process the interactions of leads in the business smoothly. Having that system can also help your company to understand more about the effectiveness of a sales funnel.

The client is a global building material and aggregates company that is also one of Thailand's top building material company, which provides a complete end-to-end solution, from building materials supply to design and speedy, safe construction. They requested WGS to build an application to facilitate sales division in monitoring the achievement of sales targets and easily control the distributors, salesmen, and retailers. This system also facilitates the company to run a new sales program to support the sales division to achieve its goal.

There are 3 users who can use this system, they are:

  1. Distributor
    This user can add and edit additional categorized information such as the warehouse address, contacts, system information, and audit trail.
  2. Retailer
    These users can add and edit additional categorized information such as contact, system info, and audit trail.
  3. Salesman
    This is an external user, they can not conduct self-registration and will receive the credential information by email once their account is created by the system.

    This page enables retailers to use some useful tabs with data, such as:
    • Communication

    Every distributor and retailer can view the categorized contact information and profiles which can be seen at the top of the contact page, such as:
    • Communication information
    • Spouse information
    • Kid information (1 contact can have up to 3 kids)
    • Additional information
  5. Salesman
    This is an external user with limited access, Salesman users can view the information below:
    • Store number
    • Name
    • Email
    • Phone
    • Targeted Sales Outreach (TSO)
  6. Tier
    This is a program to display retailers’ achievement information which is stored in a database for a certain period of time, so the company can see their work performance based on their volume, share of wallet, payment, and product display.
  7. Timeline
    This feature allows users to manage sale time based on a certain schedule and decide when to start the process, how to prepare the business, and when to start marketing to reach the prospective buyers.
