Developed with Ruby on Rails specifically for Android, this app is an internal information extender. Made for the field officers, this app only requires GPRS connection to serve as a task management tool.
Admin will distribute tasks to specific divisions, and supervise the completion via task-status pointers:
1. New / Launched. The new SK (task) sent
2. Read. SK has been read / received but not yet implemented
3. Tick / Checklist. SK has been implemented
This application also comes with Archive and Search feature to see which SK not implemented yet. Archive alone will save implemented SK for 3 months. Android notification will inform you with the latest update by daily data-pull every 9 am, 2 pm and 6 pm; Android widget will display the latest downloaded SK in a list that allows you to set the priority.
No need to worry about data sync or security; SK Management app uses a login generated token between server and device. So when something goes wrong with the device during operational, the data will still be safe in the server. It is practical, it is secure, and it is controllable.
