Project Overview

Repair Order Management is a web based application that aims to track or monitor repair operations to be more transparent to the client and more effective for technician in inventory management and communication between internal division. Repair Order Management has repair work flow system that covers all repair process at Collection Point, Service Point, Service Center, Main Service Center, Warehouse and Call Center which support multiple brands. WGS developed this application using Laravel framework with PostgreSQL which was generated with Avelca Application Generator to shorten development phase and customized the generated application for business flow logic implementation and added some new features.

Business Issue

Manual repair order system is not effective anymore and not transparent to customers so WGS want to help companies with this issues and migrate it to semi-automated system

WGS developed a product called Repair Order Management to helped companies who want to migrate from manual system to semi-automated system

Lesson Learned

Repair order management system could monitor the utilization of spare parts and make repair order process to be more transparent to customers
