Our client is one of the largest telecommunication company in Indonesia which is transforming themselves to be the leader of digital company in the region. The company wants to implement digital music and video services for customers by increasing quality, offering easy transaction and providing various games in one platform. As we all know that people in every corner of the world now prefer to use their smartphones in daily life.

Consumers today are not only demanding, they also expect some good experiences with innovation. So, the company needs to acquire the right customers, listen to the engagement, and deliver some relevant messages to build a loyalty with a special system. WGS helped the client and developed a super app, it is an entertaintment hub application developed using agile method and Go programming language.

As an entertainment hub, this application is correlated with ticketing company, news aggregator, ecommerce service and entertainment content provider. There are six important roles that makes the application runs well, they are:

1. Anonymous user
   This user has not registered themselves in the app.
2. Registered user
   This user has registered in the application.
3. Subscribe user
   This user has registered themselves and subscribed to the content provider in the entertainment hub.
4. Admin
   Has full access at the backend and manage all settings inside the application.
5. Helpdesk
   When registered user finds any kind of troubles in the entertainment hub then the helpdesk will give them a hand with an appropriate solution.
6. Timer
   This is a user system that triggers events at a certain time and requirements.
